Acworth, Georgia – Joshua Wilson, 29, and his fiancee’ Tosha Jacobs, 25, were jailed Monday after police arrived at their home to find their three children locked inside a urine soaked room with bite marks and a 100-pound Rottweiler. According to Acworth Police, officers were called out to the couple’s home on a report of a possible dog attack, however when they arrived on the scene, they found three children living in dangerous and deplorable conditions.

Investigators say officers found the children (ages 2, 4 and 6) locked inside a bedroom at the residence along with a 100-pound Rottweiler. The mattress inside the room was soaked with urine and feces. Another mattress inside the home amounted to little more than a blanket that covered exposed springs.

When officers asked Wilson where his children were, he appeared to be too drunk to comprehend where they were, according to the arrest report. The home reportedly had no food, and the kitchen appeared to have caught on fire recently. Beer cans littered the bedrooms, kitchen and living room and bite marks were found on the children.
