Abused 10-Wk Old Infant Undergoes Brain Surgery

WOODSBORO–A 10-week old baby at the center of an abusive investigation underwent brain surgery yesterday for his injuries. The infant is said to be recovering. The Refugio County Sheriff department has been investigating the case since October 22nd, when relatives reported bruising on the child’s backside. X-ray’s would later reveal that the child had also suffered a broken arm.
