6-Yr Old Boy Attacked, Raped By Kindergartners

ASTORIA, N.Y. (WPIX) —A Queens mom has filed a disturbing lawsuit against the city claiming her 5-year-old son was sexually attacked in his school bathroom by four kindergarten classmates.

Valero claims the horrifying incident occurred on June 11 — just days before the school year ended.
