https://www.emilymunday.co.uk/ppg1iikgur The child, who has not been identified, died Thursday at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Spivacke said investigators will be asking that prosecutors upgrade charges to murder against her father, 31-year-old Jason Moore.
Spivacke said the girl’s family allowed her organs to be donated and her body was transported to the Riverside County coroner’s office, where an autopsy was done. The results of the autopsy will not be released at this time, Spivacke said.
https://hazenfoundation.org/z2abi5k5f16 About 6 p.m. on July 27, deputies from the Hemet Sheriff’s station responded to Hemet Valley Hospital regarding a suspected child abuse. Upon arrival, deputies located a 3-month-old female in the emergency room suffering from a brain injury. The investigation revealed the injuries were the result of child abuse.
The baby was flown to Loma Linda University Medical Center for treatment.
A Hemet resident, Moore was arrested and is being held at the Southwest Detention Center.
