7-YO Deceased Girl Had 70 Injuries
A seven-year-old girl died of septic shock caused by 70 internal and external injuries after a family court placed her in the care of two crack-addicts. Tragic Katelynn Sampson was sent to live with Donna Irving and Warren Johnson after her own mother, who was a friend of the couple and also a crack addict, said she could no longer cope.
