https://www.daathize.com.br/pfrlmiuxnw ASTORIA, N.Y. (WPIX) —A Queens mom has filed a disturbing lawsuit against the city claiming her 5-year-old son was sexually attacked in his school bathroom by four kindergarten classmates.
Yenny Valero, filed a notice of claim on Aug. 27 alleging her son — who has not been identified — was assaulted, sexually abused and raped at the Queens public school he attended during the 2009-10 school year. Valero claims the horrifying incident occurred on June 11 — just days before the school year ended.
