3-year-old girl treated for a broken skull and burns

A 20-year-old Houston man has been charged with child abuse, accused of beating and burning his 3-year-old stepdaughter in October. Order Clonazepam For Anxiety Brodreck Lee Hearne is accused of fracturing the skull and burning the genitals of his wife’s daughter while he was baby-sitting on Oct. 14. Hearne, who was arrested Thursday night, told police he was smoking marijuana at home in the 10600 block of Meadowglen while the child was in the shower, according to court documents. After he heard a bump, he said, he found the girl on the floor near the bathtub. He told police the girl was injured when she fell out of the tub.

Investigators found she had bruises and burns to her genitals, court records show. It’s unclear how she received the burns. After she was taken to Texas Children’s Hospital by ambulance, the girl told doctors that Hearne “whipped” her.
