PORTLAND, Ore. — Three small children — all apparently 3 years old or younger were found abandoned Thursday among a group of homeless people in Portland, Oregon. On Friday, police released a brief statement about noon, saying, “The mother of the missing children has been located, and we thank everyone who helped with information.
