According to police, Toledo convinced the victim’s parents his mother had recently died and he had nowhere to go. Sympathetic, the family allowed the man to move into their home. He had been staying there with them for about two weeks before the family grew suspicious and kicked him to the curb – their daughter went with him. The girl’s family called police on Tuesday to report their daughter missing, and investigators determined that Toledo was actually 28-years-old.
