26 Grand Jury Indictments
BUCKHANNON — The Upshur County grand jury indicted Thomas Clayton Summers, 21, on Monday. Summers’ case was one of 26 indictments handed down by the grand jury during its January term. Summers was indicted on one count each of breaking and entering and grand larceny, both felonies and one count of destruction of property. The indictment said Summers smashed a window and entered Hot Stuff and Cool Things on North Spring St. in Buckhannon on Dec. 7, and stole several botanical potpourris valued at more than $1,000.
