Three women have come forward to say that a Catholic priest already facing child sexual abuse accusations molested them in the 1990s and he allegedly forced one to perform oral sex while in the confessional.   Two of the three cases occurred when Reverand Mark Haynes was assigned to St. Ann’s parish in Phoenixville and all women were minors at the time, say police. One of those three women said that Haynes attacked her when she confessed that she performed oral sex on a teenage boy. U.S. Marshals arrested a Fort Yates man on Monday who has been charged in U.S. District Court of North Dakota with child abuse and assault. Waylon Jason Pumpkinseed, 29, is accused of repeatedly shaking and squeezing a 4-month-old child, with one incident resulting in the child’s hospitalization at CHI St. Alexius Medical Center. Katherine Ludewig, a special agent for the FBI, wrote that the case came to her attention on Sunday, after Pumpkinseed brought the child to the emergency room at Fort Yates Hospital. A grandfather whose body was found alongside his slain seven-year-old grandson and heavily pregnant daughter in a suspected murder-suicide, was well known to police and had a long history of mental illness. Derek John Sharpley, 52, was found dead of gunshot wounds to the head in the same room that his grandson Jackson’s body was found tucked into a bed at his Biddeston property, west of Brisbane in Queensland. His 27-year-old daughter Kris-Deann Sharpley, who had moved to the Queensland town in 2011 to care for him following her mother’s death, also died of gunshot wounds to the head and was found in the bathroom. Dustin Moffat, 32, allegedly raped a 13-year-old girl multiple times, videotaped it and uploaded it to the Internet. Though he’s currently in custody, police in Lawrenceville, Pennsylvania, believe there might be more victims. The girl’s father was enraged and sought retribution against Moffat. WTAE caught the father, who has not been named, going to Moffat’s home and climbing on top of his SUV. Father admits raping his own 2-month-old son

A 32-year-old man raped his 2-month-old infant son and sent footage of the attack to a pedophile ring, a trial in Norway has heard. The father admitted the offences yesterday at the start of what the prosecutor described as one of the most ‘serious abuse cases in Norwegian legal history’. He has been charged with two other men and two women with their involvement in a pedophile network which filmed their own children in sexual positions or acts. Hatfield man gets 30 to 200 years for child rape

A Hatfield man who was convicted last year of raping a young girl in his care and indecently assaulting one of her friends will most likely be spending the rest of his life behind bars. Luis Ramos, 77, was sentenced to serve 30 to 200 years in state prison. He was also sentenced to 30 years of probation which was set to run consecutively with the end of his sentence. He will get credit for time served since Jan. 20, 2012. “I find you to be the poster boy for denial,” Judge Gary Silow said before giving his sentence. “People like you have no right to destroy the lives of young children.” READ MORE HERE

PONTIAC, Michigan – Oakland County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a possible case of child abuse in Pontiac after the death of a 7-month-old boy. The investigation into the death of 7-month-old Aiden Logan was put on hold today so he might give life to another baby. Leah Garmany was arrested on Friday for second-degree sex abuse and electronic solicitation of a child 

ALABAMA — A married teacher has been charged with sexual abuse. Leah Garmany of Centre, Alabama was arrested on Friday for second-degree sexual abuse and electronic solicitation of a child. Garmany is employed as a kindergarten teacher at Centre Elementary.District superintendent Mitchell Guice told the Rome News-Tribune that Garmany remains an employee at the school as of Friday afternoon. Peter Gerald Scully was arrested in Philippines on child sex abuse charges

The unspeakably twisted world of a bankrupt Australian businessman is unraveling after he moved to the Philippines and allegedly lured innocent children into his home – and has now been implicated in a child’s death. Peter Gerald Scully, from Melbourne, was charged last year with human trafficking and child porn-related offences arising from his alleged sexual abuse of Filipino girls which was filmed and then posted online for paying clients. The 51-year-old managed to avoid being arrested until February 20 this year before a former partner told police that Scully had killed one of his child victims in 2013. It was after this shocking revelation that the remains of a 10-year-old girl were found at a home formerly rented by Scully in Malaybalay, Bukidnon. Vincent Phillips, age given as 52, was doused with a flammable liquid, by this wife, whom then lit match and ignited him while he slept. Sounds serious, yes? Well, even more seriously, Vincent Phillips, the woman’s husband, is facing 1st-Degree Child Molestation charges for allegedly harming his 7-year-old step-daughter. PLAINVILLE, Massachusetts — A Plainville teenager has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in her former boyfriend’s suicide. Officials say 18-year-old Michelle Carter encouraged her former boyfriend, 18-year-old Conrad Roy, to commit suicide. Just weeks later, in July he drove to a Fairhaven Kmart parking lot, filled his truck with carbon monoxide and took his own life. READ MORE HERE

Someone broke into her locker in late September of this year and wrote a Facebook status using her iPad that encouraged her to die. Teen shot dead after a dispute on Facebook

An argument on Facebook took a ghastly turn of events when it ended in gunfire that killed 14 year old Kierra’onna Rice. The online Facebook brawl between two groups of friends spilled out into the streets with a fistfight and later ended in gunfire that killed a 14-year-old girl and wounded two others in Alabama on Friday, authorities said.
