GettyImages-71236634Americans are agog over the U.S. military’s decision to go along with the long-time custom of the Afghan police to sexually abuse young boys. I can certainly understand why Americans would be dismayed over such a decision, but I don’t see how they can be surprised about it. After all, ever since the national-security state was grafted onto America’s original governmental system at the end of World War II, the U.S. government has knowingly, deliberately, and intentionally partnered with evil, under the guise of fighting evil and protecting “national security.” READ MORE HERE

Man Pleads Guilty to 20 Child Sex Offences

2768317A00000578-3032335-image-a-52_1428597083367EASTLEIGH – A former Basingstoke College of Technology (BCoT) teacher was today facing a lengthy jail term after pleading guilty to 20 sex offences, including the rape of a child. Lloyd Dennis, aged 33, of Sopwith Road, Eastleigh, pleaded guilty at Southampton Crown Court to indecent assault on a male and gross indecency with a child, between July 1997 and August 1999. He had previously admitted, on July 31, to 18 offences that included the rape of a child aged under 13 and making and possessing indecent photos of a minor, between September 2013 and November last year. 2CDA01AA00000578-3251733-image-a-2_1443425561594NORWICH – An ‘utterly depraved’ woman at the center of a sex abuse ring where children were ‘passed around like toys’ was jailed for life today. Former insurance worker Marie Black, 34, from Norwich, was told she would not be eligible for parole for at least 12 years after she orchestrated the abuse of five young children over six years. Black, her ex-husband, hospital porter Jason Adams, 43, and former boyfriend, coach driver Michael Rogers, 53, were found guilty of a string of abuse charges earlier this year. Black was convicted of 23 offences, including rape, conspiracy to rape and inciting a child to engage in sexual activity, after the trial at Norwich Crown Court, while her former partners were found guilty of a total of 27 counts – including cruelty, rape and inciting a child to engage in sexual activity. Both Rogers and Adams were sentenced to 24 years and made subject to sexual harm prevention orders. Treatment for Abused and Neglected Children: Infancy to Age 18

treatmen_page_1The following manual provides an overview of the treatment of sexually abused, physically abused, and neglected children and is provided by Child Welfare. Child development is briefly reviewed and the study of developmental psychopathology is described. Aspects of child development are considered, including intrapersonal development, interpersonal development, physical development, sexual development, and behavioral conduct development. Consequences of abuse and neglect, assessment of maltreatment, the therapeutic process and the role of the therapist, treatment issues and specialized interventions, and case management are addressed. The manual provides a glossary of terms and list of resources for more detailed information. READ MANUAL HERE

Officer Charged With Incest

mugshot-emmert-richard-lee-09-11-15-1FARMINGTON, New Mexico – A Farmington Police officer has been arrested as a suspect in a sex crimes investigation. 26-yo Richard Emmert was identified by two of his relatives. He was immediately placed on administrative leave. On Friday, he was arrested for two counts of criminal sexual penetration with a child under 13 years old, one count of sexual penetration with a child 13 to 18 years old, one criminal sexual contact of a minor with a child under 13 years of age and one count of incest. 597706_GKENTUCKY – A Lewis County couple has been arrested in connection to the rape and sexual abuse of a child who was under the age of 12, according to Kentucky State Police. Phillip R. Caseman, 55 of Garrison and Maria A. Caseman, 51, of Garrison were arrested about 2:44 p.m. Friday, Sept. 18 by Kentucky State Police, assisted by the Lewis County Sheriff’s Department. According to State Police, Phillip Caseman is charged with six counts of Sexual Abuse of a victim under the age of 12, four counts of Rape of a victim under the age of 12, three counts Sexual Abuse, one count of Incest, one count of Tampering with Physical Evidence and one count of Unlawful Transaction with a Minor. Man Sexually Tortured Sons for 2-Decades

2CB7AD2900000578-3247450-image-a-1_1443104189972A South Australia man who sexually tortured his wife and two sons for more than three decades has been sentenced to 20 years in jail with a non-parole period of 12 years. The man – who was not named – made his wife and sons live a nomadic lifestyle so that he could exploit physically, sexually, emotionally and financially, without fear of exposure.  He also forced his sons to wear his wife’s clothes before sexually abusing them, at times tying them up and using objects. Amere Carver_1443211540243_24405648_ver1.0_640_480CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Michigan – A local mother and her boyfriend are facing charges in connection with the death of her 18 month-old son. William Mark Warren, 23, of Detroit, and Brandee Danielle Wright, 22, from Warren, were arrested Thursday. According to police, Wright and Warren brought her son, 18-month-old Amere Carver, to McLaren Macomb Hospital on Aug. 11. Prosecutor Sentenced to 50-Years for Child Rape

Christopher+JansenPIERRE, South Dakota – Former Walworth County state attorney was sentenced to 50-years in prison on two counts of first-degree rape of a child. 35-year-old Chris Jansen was indicted last year in court on six counts of child rape charges. He pleaded guilty to two of the alleged counts; the remaining  charges will be dropped as part of a plea deal bargain. The charges stem from child sexual assaults committed with three young boys – all under the age of 13. capture-20150925-213103A Tennessee police officer has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of his 2-month old son earlier this month. Christopher Page, 27, an officer with the Paris Police Department, was taken into custody Thursday by Tennessee Bureau of Investigation agents at the conclusion of a three-week investigation into the death of his child, Gunner Page. The probe was set into motion September 2 when police responded to the home of Christopher Page and his domestic partner, Hope Carson, in Puryear. Then, every mother’s nightmare happened. Carlina was separated from her mother to receive nourishment through an IV. During that time, a woman dressed in a nurse’s uniform snuck into the hospital. She removed the IV from Carlina’s arm and kidnapped her.
