PRESCOTT – A jury on Wednesday found aggravating factors in Eric G. McNeill’s two convictions in a child sex trial and he could serve almost 34 years in prison. McNeill, 65, was accused of sexual contact with three girls. One set of charges deals with a victim under 15 years old in 1986; a second with a victim over 15 in 1989; and the third a victim under 15 in 2011. Respected pediatrician who acted as expert witness in child molestation cases arrested for sexually abusing girl, 5, after she told her mom: ‘He tortures me’

Police found a ‘shocking amount of child pornography’ in the home of an Iowa doctor who was arrested for sexually abusing a five-year-old girl when she told her mom that he ‘tortures’ her. Dr Dennis Seaborn Jones, 68, of Council Bluffs, who has been a pediatrician for 19 years – and has been used in the past as an expert witness in child molestation court cases, giving him access to photographs related to those crimes – was arrested in May after a parent filed a complaint against him. The complaint came after the child told a parent that she no longer wanted to see Jones because of the ‘torture’ he inflicted.  READ MORE HERE

OH mother and ex-boyfriend plead guilty to killing her ‘missing’ toddler Elaina 

An Ohio woman and her ex-boyfriend pleaded guilty today in the killing of her 18-month-old daughter, whose remains were found in a box in a garage three months after she was reported missing. Steven King II, the 24-year-old ex-boyfriend of mother Angela Steinfurth, told a Toledo judge that he had found the girl, Elaina Steinfurth, injured in her bedroom and that he tried to resuscitate her.  He said he then smothered her to death and put her in a box. A man accused of murdering his 11-month-old son blamed his dog for causing the child’s death, a court heard. Michael Beaumont, 29, a part-time gardener, claimed his son, Kadan, was ‘flipped over’ by Staffordshire terrier Mia before banging his head on the garden steps. But the prosecution at Sheffield Crown Court said the head injuries, which saw Kadan die in hospital, were caused by Beaumont hours before he called an ambulance. A former female fighter in the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) has reveled how she was lured into the rebel group on false promises of a better life, but enjoyed few rights while in its ranks. Forced to undergo two early-term abortions, Claudia Roa, now 25, joined FARC at age 13 and only recently found her escape. ‘Eight months into my pregnancy, I was given pills without me knowing to induce the birth,’ Roa recalled of her first pregnancy with her boyfriend, a fellow FARC fighter, at age 14. ‘The baby was born alive. An officer in the U.S. Navy has been extradited from his deployment in Japan to face charges that he sexually abused pre-teen twin boys. Brock Mason of Norman, Oklahoma, was charged at Cleveland County District Court on Tuesday.  The 24-year-old is accused of five counts of lewd or indecent acts to a child under 16, one count of lewd or indecent proposal to a child under 16, two counts of forcible sodomy, two counts of soliciting sexual conduct or communication with a minor by use of technology and one count of contributing to the delinquency of minors. Teacher, 25, flees to Hong Kong

A 25-year-old school teacher has fled half-way around the world to Hong Kong after being charged with sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy with autism in Maryland. Yee Tak Sharon Kui of Rockville who taught special needs students at Frost School in Wheaton is suspected of having sex with the boy at his own home while his parents were at church. Kui allegedly exchanged explicit text messages with the minor before driving to his home. During their first encounter, Kui was said to have ‘kissed the victim and fondled his penis’ and allegedly had sex with him during her second visit. READ MORE HERE

The guilty pleas Dragon Con co-founder Edward Kramer filed Monday on child molestation charges close a lengthy and bizarre chapter in the science fiction impresario’s history. Three separate teens — two of them brothers — accused the 52-year-old Kramer of sexually abusing them. After more than a dozen years and numerous delays, the trial that was to begin Monday ended before it started with Kramer’s plea. Kramer pleaded guilty late Monday morning to three counts of child molestation for allegations dating back to 1996, according to reports. Shane Partin stalked and eventually killed 15-year-old Cassandra Blondheim. While a dying Cassandra lay on the floor begging for help Partin then held those trying to help her at bay with a knife. After his arrest, rather than taking responsibility for his crime, he blamed his actions on “evil spirits”. Partin now wants to be freed after serving the bare minimum of his 15-year to Life sentence. Releasing Shane Partin would be a complete injustice to Cassandra Blondheim and would demean his cruelty to her. In addition, releasing Partin would pose an incredible risk to the young girl or woman who becomes his next obsession. In order to further the interests of justice and protect society, and due to senseless and violent nature of Partin’s crime, we urge the Ohio Parole Board to give Partin the maximum continuance of 10 years before his next parole hearing.
