TULSA – A Tulsa man who court documents say sexually abused a young girl for nearly five years turned himself into authorities Thursday. Timothy Papp is a monster. He brutally raped and murdered an innocent nine-year-old girl and then threw her body away like a piece of garbage. After being convicted of Roxie Keathley’s rape and murder Papp then conspired to kill those involved with his prosecution. Paroling Timothy Papp would pose an extreme risk to any child that would come into contact him as well as seriously endanger the community. In addition, releasing Timothy Papp would be a complete injustice to Roxie Ann Keathley and her family and would not further the interests of justice. More than 50 civil servants have been caught downloading porn while “working” at their desks. The pictures and videos included full nudity and topless snaps, and led to disciplinary action against a total of 55 staff at the Welsh Government offices. A former teacher has been jailed for five years for stealing her own daughter’s identity to get multiple credit cards and run up thousands in debt. Rebecca Jean Ferguson posed as her daughter Caitlyn to apply for eight credit cards. Caityln Sigler, now aged 21, had no idea her mother was using her name and has been left with a damaged credit history and says her life has been ruined. A 12-year-old boy described today how he watched his twin brother slowly die of dehydration, but was too scared of his step-mother to give him water. Joseph James said he knew something was wrong with his fraternal twin brother Johnathan James in August 2011, but he was terrified of doing anything. Joseph’s step-mother Tina Alberson and his father Michael James, of both Dallas, Texas, face life in prison over charges that they caused 10-year-old Jonathan’s death by depriving him of water. A popular Chicago preacher has provoked controversy after posting a picture of himself in the bath with his granddaughter on Instragram. Bishop Larry Trotter of the Sweet Holly Spirit Church caused uproar on Twitter after sharing the intimate snap with his fans on the popular photo-sharing site. A couple has been charged with child abuse after they allegedly attempted to exorcise their 10-year-old daughter, who they thought was a witch. The pair, from the Democratic Republic of Congo, were charged on Friday in Boraas, in the west of Sweden.
