SALINAS, CA – A 16 year old who’s been in hiding for more than a year, claiming he was abused by his father talked exclusively by phone with Central Coast News. The boy says the Youtube videos are cries for help to the Monterey County District Attorney’s Office. The video shows Damon Moelter saying “My father told me not to tell anyone, since it was supposed to be our secret.” A chilling statement from the 16 year old, accusing his father Eric Moelter of sexually abusing him for more than a decade. B.C. police appeal to possible child sex victims

Child pornography charges are stacking up against a man in B.C.’s Fraser Valley, and the RCMP say they are concerned there may be even more victims. James Osell, 43, was initially charged with offences relating to possession of child pornography after police in Chilliwack executed a search warrant and seized items from his home last April.  READ MORE HERE

The Allegheny County district attorney said Tuesday that his office is investigating whether Pittsburgh Public Schools officials properly handled accusations by at least one former student that a school police officer sexually assaulted him more than a decade ago. The district suspended the officer, a 22-year veteran, with pay on July 25 after a former student told Pittsburgh police that the officer sexually assaulted him in 1999 in a closet at Arthur J. SALEM, Mass. — A former high-ranking member of a Roman Catholic religious order accused of molesting a boy at a Massachusetts camp decades ago was released Friday after pleading not guilty to five counts of child rape. The Rev. Richard McCormick, 71, was granted $1,000 bail at his arraignment in Salem Superior Court and allowed to return to the Salesian Brothers of Don Bosco facility in New Rochelle, N.Y., where he lives and where he was arrested Thursday. AUBURNDALE – Maria Schiesske said she saw her former boyfriend punch walls, heard him make violent threats and was herself sometimes the brunt of his outbursts. Still, she said she never expected him to be accused of killing his 11-month-old stepson in Auburndale. Edwin A. Cruz Vargas, 25, is charged with first-degree murder and aggravated child abuse in the Aug. 4 death of his stepson, Josiah L. Figueroa. He’s accused of severely beating the child.  READ MORE HERE

MONTICELLO – A Neversink man has been sentenced in Sullivan County Court to 25 years in state prison and 20 years of parole for rape in the first degree.  Paul Curry, 38, had previously pled guilty to having sex with a 12-year-old girl in July 2011 in the Town of Neversink. Under the terms of the plea agreement, Curry faced 17 to 20 years in state prison; however, prior to sentencing Curry contacted the victim in violation of the court’s order of protection. Child-on-child sexual abuse refers to a form of child sexual abuse in which a prepubescent child is sexually abused by one or more other children or adolescent youths, and in which no adult is directly involved. The term has been defined as sexual activity between children that occurs “without consent, without equality, or as a result of coercion”. This includes when one of the children uses physical force, threats, trickery or emotional manipulation to elicit cooperation. Child-on-child sexual abuse is further differentiated from normative sexual play or anatomical curiosity and exploration (i.e. “playing doctor”) because of overt and deliberate actions directed at sexual stimulation or orgasm. In many instances, the initiator exploits the other child’s naïveté, and the victim is unaware of the nature of what is happening to them. When sexual abuse is perpetrated by one sibling upon another, it is known as “intersibling abuse”.

ORLANDO — A man accused of severely beating his girlfriend’s 2-year-old daughter was previously convicted of abusing the same girl. Orange County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 23-year-old Michael DeLeon Wednesday after they said he beat the girl so badly, her brain bled. In an arrest affidavit, investigators reported that DeLeon was arrested in Sanford last year for abusing the same child. READ MORE HERE

GRAY, Maine — Police say a 15-year-old boy is being held in Maine juvenile detention as he faces charges of raping an 8-year-old autistic girl with whom he lived. The Sun Journal of Lewiston says the teenager was charged Friday by the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department with gross sexual assault and unlawful sexual contact. A 43-year-old Capac man has been arraigned today on several charges related to a Friday night incident. Gregory VanNeste was arraigned today on two counts of criminal sexual conduct first degree, felony firearm, felonious assault and kidnapping, according to St. Clair County Prosecutor Mike Wendling. Over 100 Thugs, Policeman in Child Sex Abuse Arrested

No fewer than 100 suspected political thugs known as Sarasuka in Bauchi State have been arrested by the police as part of its renewed effort to ensure a crime-free state. This is as a policeman with the Bauchi State command was arrested for sexually abusing children between the ages of nine and 12 years who he was alleged to have engaged in forceful anal sex. THISDAY checks revealed that at least six people have been killed in the last two weeks in bloody clashes by rival Sarasuka groups in the state capital. On Monday night, an 11-year-old girl from Safety Harbor told her mother she felt dizzy. Her stomach hurt. She had a headache. The mother and her live-in boyfriend, Gregory J. Johns, took the girl to the hospital. The pair waited in a lobby as a doctor examined her. After a few minutes, the doctor came back with news: The girl was pregnant. Raleigh, N.C. — The former president of Wake Technical Community College entered a special guilty plea to a number of charges Wednesday in connection with allegations that he endangered the lives of his three grandchildren.
