Father killed 15-week-old daughter during oral rape

A father has been found guilty of killing his 15-week-old daughter while he was orally raping her. Steven Deuman Jr, 26, of Suttons Bay near Traverse City, was convicted of first-degree murder and aggravated sexual assault after jurors – who were subjected to disturbing testimony and photos – took less than an hour to convict him. In August 2011, baby Evelynne Deuman was found in the bedroom of their mobile home bleeding from the nose, unconscious and not breathing. READ MORE HERE

A mother who punched and kicked her daughter, nine, for 17 months until she eventually died has been sentenced to spend at least 15 years in prison for her death. Crystal Cardenas, 27, from San Diego, pleaded guilty last month to second-degree murder. Her daughter Elizabeth died in hospital after receiving a fatal punch and kick to her stomach.  Deputy District Attorney Lindsey Krause said Elizabeth Holloway was choked, punched, kicked, burned and thrown to the ground during the time she lived with her mother. A former USA Swimming coach Rick Curl has been banned for life by the organization for carrying on a sexual relationship with a teenage swimmer in the 1980s. Curl, who ran one of the nation’s largest swim clubs near Washington, D.C., and coached 1996 and 2000 Olympic gold medalist Tom Dolan, was scheduled for a hearing Wednesday before the National Board of Review, but he waived his right to challenge the case.  READ MORE HERE

A former student of an elite New York City prep school has revealed decades of sexual abuse at the institution, accusing a string of teachers of vile behaviour while suggesting others covered it up. In New York Times Magazine, Amos Kamil, who graduated from Horace Mann in the Bronx in 1982, gives a harrowing insight into the hellish school years for scores of boys. He details how a music teacher took a student on solo trips to Europe where he repeatedly raped him, and how an art teacher would demand the boys underwent ‘physicals’ in order to assault them. In other graphic examples, the same teacher asked a student to pose for a portrait before demanding he strip, while another teacher would join the boys in the showers. READ MORE HERE

A man, describing himself as a former child prostitute, claimed to have had sex with a football coach who belonged to a pedophile ring which included Jerry Sandusky. Greg Bucceroni, now 48, said he was paid for sex as a teenager by former Brooklyn Poly Prep coach Phil Foglietta in 1979. Foglietta, who is now dead, has been accused of raping and assaulting students at the New York prep school over a 20-year period.  In a letter sent to authorities at Poly Prep this week, Bucceroni said he met Foglietta as a teenager through Second Mile charity in Pennsylvania. Father fatally beat daughter with a stick wrapped in a towel after she wet herself; Then claimed she was kidnapped

A Detroit man was so obsessed over toilet training that he fatally beat his 2-year-old daughter for having an accident, a prosecutor said on Wednesday in an opening statement to jurors at the man’s first-degree murder trial. D’Andre Lane, 32, charged with child abuse in the Dec. 2 disappearance of Bianca Jones, whose body has never been found, has maintained his innocence insisting she was taken during a carjacking. Dunedin, New Zealand – A 32-year-old father from New Zealand and his 18-year-old daughter have been ordered by a judge to end their incestuous relationship after the couple had a child together and insisted they were in love with one another. Brandi and Russel Bellew pleaded guilty to second degree manslaughter and received only probation after they would not allow their sixteen-year-old son treatment for his easily curable appendicitis. Eight new civil lawsuits claiming the Archdiocese of Philadelphia covered up child sex abuse allegations are being filed in Philadelphia. Two alleged victims of priest sex abuse spoke at a news conference on Tuesday, about their experiences and why they decided not to conceal their identities in the civil lawsuits. Andrew Druding and Michael McDonnell are two of nine plaintiffs who have filed lawsuits naming the Archdiocese, Archbishop Charles J. Chaput, Cardinal Justin Rigali and Msgr. William Lynn. ‘I was full of shame’: Justin Bieber’s mother reveals how her life spiraled out of control after she endured sexual abuse from the age of four

The mother of teen pop sensation Justin Bieber has opened up about the sexual abuse she endured as a child – and how it caused her life to spiral out of control. Speaking to the Today Show, Pattie Mallette, 36, revealed she carried shame for years after the abuse, which began when she was just four, by a male babysitter and a friend’s grandfather. The horrific attacks later led to drug and alcohol addiction and a suicide attempt, she revealed. ‘I was full of shame,’ she said. ‘I’ve learned it’s normal for anybody who’s been through sexual abuse to carry that shame and blame and feel like there’s something wrong with you. Childress, TX  – Shanice Lambert, a 37-year-old teacher’s aide at Childress ISD, has been indicted on child porn charges after she allegedly drove a student across state lines, took sexually explicit photographs of him and enticed him to have sex with her. According to a federal grand jury indictment, Lambert recorded a student’s sexual activity back in February and then sent the recording to different states. She also drove the student from Texas to Oklahoma on two occasions (Feb 11 and Feb 12) for the purpose of enticing him to have sex with her. READ MORE HERE

The grandmother taking care of him had holed up with cocaine in a messy motel room, while his 14-year-old mother was nowhere to be found. His life had been punctuated with violence since he was conceived, an act that resulted in a sexual assault conviction against his father.
