CIRCLEVILLE – The man accused of murder in the shaking death of 10-month-old Kyle Calton of Laurelville has reportedly been captured by the U.S. Marshal Service in Sacramento, Calif., according to Dwight E. Radcliff, Pickaway County Sheriff. Wayne “Wolf” Walker, 44, is now in the custody of the Marshal Service, and the Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office is awaiting word on when he will be returned to Circleville to face the murder charge. Disturbing details of the bed polygamist Warren Jeffs ordered to be specially made for the purpose of sexually assaulting hundreds of young girls were outlined in pages of a diary he referred to as ‘priesthood records’. He told his followers the bed must be made of hardwood, sturdy so it wouldn’t rattle, long enough to hold his frame and covered with a plastic sheet to ‘protect the mattress from what will happen on it’. Canton, Ohio – William Bailey, a 43-year-old Ohio man, was sentenced to a month in jail Tuesday after he was found guilty of harassing a 10-year-old girl with cerebral palsy by imitating the way she walks. A longtime elementary school teacher whose repeated sexual encounters with a 12-year-old student came to light following a high-speed chase in which she let the boy drive her SUV was sentenced Tuesday to 10 years in prison. 14-year-old Bennion Jr. High student commits suicide

Friends of the boy, who shot himself on Thursday afternoon as classes were letting out at Bennion Junior High, south of Salt Lake City, suspect he may have been tormented by bullies.

TAYLORSVILLE, Utah – A 14-year-old boy died Thursday afternoon after he shot himself on a skywalk leading to Bennion Jr. High School in Taylorsville. A New York City woman was forced to watch a harrowing video of her son’s murder during his killer’s trial yesterday. Erma Francis wept quietly as prosecutors showed the video of her son, Tracy, 40, being shot twelve times in the hallway of his apartment building. A young Delaware boy is in the hospital after escaping from his parents’ house of horror.  Robert Hohn, 41, and Shannon Watterson, 39, of Newark, Delaware  allegedly kept their twelve-year-old son locked in a  room with no furniture, only letting him out once a day to use the bathroom and eat a small meal. Police released more details Saturday of a grisly murder-suicide at a Wyoming community college, saying a man shot his father in the head with a bow and arrow in front of a computer science class not long after fatally stabbing his father’s live-in girlfriend at their home a couple miles away.  READ MORE HERE

WYOMING — A classroom murder leaves a small community college shaken.  It is believed that the killer used a sharp-edged, bow-and-arrow-type weapon to murder a female student, a teacher, and then himself. The female student was not murdered on the campus, but a mile or so down the street.
