The couple, referred to as John and Jane Doe in court documents, is suing Ball State’s Burris Laboratory School, after their son suffered repeated sexual abuse, molestation, and harassment from third grade classmates reenacting a pornographic movie they had allegedly seen on school computers. According to BSU Daily News, the Does said “complete lack of supervision and institutional controls” were the cause of their son’s abuse. Six years ago, Tian Xueming lost his oldest son to leukemia and decided to keep him close by storing his body in the family freezer. Tian Qinyuan was 18-years-old and had just begun college when he was struck down by the disease. Tragically, 6 years earlier, Xueming and his wife had lost their 15-year-old daughter to a heatstroke. In Montreal, Canada, Johra Kaleki was charged with attempted murder for repeatedly stabbing her then 19-year-old daughter, Bahar Ebrahimi, during an argument about Ebrahimi staying out too late at night. According to the Montreal Gazette, the defense wishes to dismiss Kaleki’s admission of guilt on the night of the attack because she was mentally distraught when she made the statements although Kaleki was informed of her right to remain silent.  READ MORE HERE

 In Greenbier, Florida, 14 year old Cassidy Goodison has been charged as an adult with first degree murder after strangling her newborn baby boy to death and hiding his corpse in a shoe box.
