STOCKTON – Four Stockton family members are accused of emotionally and physically abusing children under their care. A Planned Parenthood abortion business in Ohio has been forced to settle a lawsuit from a teenager on whom it did an abortion and failed to report suspected child rape to authorities. The child abuse victim has settled with Planned Parenthood, after a lawsuit included multiple charges such as failure to report incestuous statutory rape and sexual abuse of a minor by her father. The case, Denise Fairbanks v. Planned Parenthood Southwest Ohio Region et al., was filed by Denise Fairbanks in the Hamilton County Ohio Court of Common Pleas on May 7, 2007 and it named Planned Parenthood, Southwest Ohio Region, in failing to report the abuse committed by her father.  READ MORE HERE

Moscow : Australia’s Roman Catholic Church has confirmed 620 children have been sexually abused by its priests since the 1930s in the state of Victoria. Campaigners, however, put the figure at 10,000 between 1960s to the 1980s only. The Catholic Church of Victoria’s admission came in a submission to a state parliamentary inquiry into the handling of child abuse cases by religious and other organisations after suicides of dozens of people abused by clergy, ABC reported Sunday. In Fort Worth, Texas, 30 year old Nathan Tatarko, an Afghan and Iraqi combat veteran, raped a 14 year old girl, and forced her into stripping and prostitution. A crack addict mother jailed for violently beating her baby son was battered by fellow prisoners carrying out reprisals against her. Inmates at a women-only jail subjected 29-year-old Claire Biggs to a punishment beating after hurling missiles at her, a court heard. A baby girl who beat the odds of survival after nearly being shaken to death by her father, has been released from the hospital after a month. Baby Cheyenne Rae suffered swelling and bleeding on her brain as well as a fractured skull after her father, James Davis Jr., angrily shook the little girl at the family’s home in Wellford, South Carolina on August 17. The mother of a 13-year-old girl allegedly raped at a Tulsa mega-church is suing the church for waiting two weeks to report the allegation. The lawsuit – first reported by the Tulsa World – was filed on Friday in Tulsa County District Court and alleges that the young teen was raped in a campus stairwell of the 17,000-member Victory Christian Center by a church worker and claims the church delayed reporting the assault. The mother seeks more than $75,000 and alleges that Victory Christian Center officials tried to conceal the allegation in an effort at ‘damage control.’ READ MORE HERE

Rawalpindi, Pakistan – Allah Ditta, a Pakistani man residing in Gorakhpur village was jailed Tuesday after he allegedly tied his daughter to a tree and hacked her to death with an axe because she had decided to accept a job at a beauty parlor. According to Pakistani police, the father of a 32-year-old woman identified as “Shagufta” confessed to murdering his daughter after she accepted a job at a beauty parlor against his wishes. Moon TWP, PA – Pamela Smallis, a 49-year-old Pennsylvania woman was jailed Sunday after police allegedly found child pornography on her cell phone. According to Moon Township police, Smallis was initially arrested on drug charges back in April after a lengthy investigation that involved Moon Township police and the state Attorney General’s Office. MODESTO — A registered sex offender who sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl on a transit bus Tuesday morning in Modesto was taken down by four homeless men and held until officers arrived, police said. The suspect had been paroled from prison just the day before. The assault occurred about 7:30 a.m. on a Modesto Area Express bus on Yosemite Boulevard as it was en route to downtown, police said. SIERRA COUNTY—A 15-year veteran of the California Highway Patrol was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of child molestation. Robert Holland, 46, is suspected of “engaging in sexual acts with a minor while off duty,” the CHP says. The CHP says they investigated Holland after the allegations were brought to their attention.
