Divers found the body of missing 3-year-old Reena Williams in a canal only yards from her Wisconsin home.  Williams had last been seen Tuesday evening playing with the family dog in her front yard. About an hour and a half later she was reported missing. Hundreds of volunteers scoured the hour and police brought out police dogs and a helicopter to help with the frantic search.  But late Wednesday afternoon, divers found her body in a canal. Tiffany Hubbard, age three, was brutally raped and beaten to death by her own father

In 1986 three-year-old Tiffany Hubbard was removed from her mother’s home by Butler County Children’s Services. She was then placed with her father Jeffrey Hubbard on September 3, 1986. Prior to placing Tiffany with Jeffrey Hubbard a psychological evaluation found Hubbard had grown up in a family “filled with conflict and abuse.” He was raised by an alcoholic father and abandoned by his mother. Although Hubbard was not mentally ill, the evaluation stated he is “a very immature and inadequate young man who has substantial underlying anger.” Hubbard also was convicted at age 17 after he molested a seven-year old girl.For the next 27 days Tiffany would be savagely beaten and raped by her father on a daily basis. She spent most of her time locked in the bathroom and slept on the cold bathroom floor. Her father would go into the bathroom regularly and beat Tiffany repeatedly with a wooden board. Jeffrey Hubbard always drank a Dr. Pepper after beating Tiffany because he was so exhausted and sweaty. Hubbard also forced Tiffany to spend all her time in the bathroom with a werewolf mask because he knew it terrified her. The only time she ate was when Hubbard held her head back and forced her to eat uncooked Campbell’s Soup out of the can.  READ MORE HERE

CENTERVILLE — A Centerville man was charged Friday with sexually abusing two children, crimes enhanced because he was in a “position of trust” for the children. They were not in Allen Superior Court when Judge Fran Gull sentenced their abuser, Michael A. A Park Ridge man was ordered held in jail on $250,000 bond on Thursday after police say he assaulted a 16-year-old-girl the previous day. Anthony M. Nugent, 37, has been charged with felony aggravated battery and possession of cannabis following the assault on a 16-year-old female who was walking in the 900 block of S. A father, who allegedly had a history of abuse, has been charged with manslaughter after his toddler daughter drowned in the bathtub while he slept in their Minneapolis apartment. Joe Martin, 28, put his 11-month-old daughter Maddie and her four-year-old sister, Allie, in the tub on October 31, 2011 and he then left the room to take a nap on the couch in their living room. Suspects Detained in Connection with Teen Kidnap Attempt

AZUSA, CA — Sheriff’s deputies detained three suspects Friday, linking them to the attempted kidnapping Thursday of a 14-year-old girl as she walked down an Azusa street. JOSHUA TREE — A teacher and church volunteer from Joshua Tree is accused of sexual encounters with several young boys over the past 30 years. Investigators say Caleb Hesse met the majority of the victims during overnight outings with a youth group at the Evangelical Free Church in Yucca Valley. Teenagers who first drank at 15 were more at risk of alcohol problems later in life than those who started at 17

A mother whose son was taken to hospital after having his chest stamped on by bullies has been hit with an electronic tag and curfew for removing him from the school. Yasmin Dad, 46, says her son Rahim, 13, experienced a series of violent attacks at the hands of his tormentors over more than a year at the school in Bristol. On one occasion the police had to be called in and she claims the teenager was subjected to racist abuse and threatening text messages. She says that another time she found her son cowering in an alleyway after being set upon. A vile rapist who preyed on vulnerable students with learning difficulties has been jailed for 16 years. Paul Tyler, 52, lured students into the back of a white van with blacked-out windows, parked outside a college gates. He groomed some of the students by pretending to recruit them to sell porn DVDs, before locking the door and raping them in the back of his van, a court has heard. He was caught after one victim told staff at East Riding College in East Yorkshire about his ordeal and his van was spotted outside the college.
