A Temecula man allegedly raped and abused a girl for more than a decade and kept photographs of himself wearing her underwear, records recently released show. Javier Cortez, 45, was arrested on suspicion of sodomy and lewd and lascivious behavior involving force with a person younger than 14, continual sexual abuse of a child younger than 4, forced oral copulation, driving without a license, speeding, failing to appear and misdemeanor indecent exposure, according to jail records. The place is the Child Abuse Program at Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters in Norfolk, and Pecos is a Labrador and golden retriever mix who helps Thames in her job as a forensic interviewer. Pecos sits with children on a carpeted bench while they tell their stories of abuse, allowing them to rub his ears or bury their faces in his neck. A two-year-old boy slipped into a coma after his mother’s boyfriend allegedly slapped him hard in the face repeatedly. Mohd Danish Aiman was playing in the 31-year-old man’s house in Kampung Tualang, Manir at about 9pm on Friday. The man became angry with the boy and slapped him until he lost consciousness. ALBUQUERQUE – Police have arrested a man accused of beating up a 3-year-old boy.  Albuquerque police were called to a house on the 300 Block of Texas around noon Saturday. The mother of an 11-month-old boy hospitalized with skull fractures, a broken clavicle and puncture wounds in his feet from toothpicks has been charged with multiple counts of felony child abuse. Michelle Feliciano, 23, of the 5400 block of North Monitor Avenue, was charged with two counts of aggravated battery to a child causing permanent disability, one count of aggravated battery to a child causing great bodily harm and misdemeanor endangering the life and health of a child, according to police News Affairs. KENTUCKY–A Manchester doctor has been charged with producing child pornography. Kentucky State Police and the FBI began an investigation on Thursday of possible sexual abuse by Dr. Kishore Jadhav. The Department of Children and Family Services and police are investigating the death of a 4-month-old Mount Prospect girl who died three days after she was found unresponsive at a Hoffman Estates day care center. Anna Belle Chung was unconscious and was not breathing when paramedics arrived at the day care center, which was run out of a private home, Wednesday morning, said Hoffman Estates Mayor Bill McLeod. Kershaw, SC  — A mother and her live in boyfriend have been arrested and charged with unlawful conduct towards a child. The Kershaw County Sheriff’s Department says 24-year-old Catharine Ammons and 27-year-old James Watson Ammons were arrested after their 4-year-old daughter suffered two broken arms and a broken leg from being severely abused over several months. ARIZONA–Tucson police are searching for a little girl who disappeared from an east-side home Saturday morning. Isabel Mercedes Celis disappeared from a home in the 5700 block of East 12th Street, police said. Isabel was last seen Friday night at about 11 p.m. when her parents put her to bed, said Sgt.
