$1M Bond for Accused Child Rapist
A Zanesville man charged with raping a child could face life in prison without parole if convicted. Richard Denney, Jr., 36, pleaded not guilty Wednesday morning to two counts of rape of a victim less than 10 years old, a first-degree felony that requires life in prison, and one count of gross sexual imposition, a third-degree felony.
