A 17-year-old was charged with sexually abusing three young girls at his mother’s licensed residential day care, Winthrop Harbor Police officials said Tuesday. Brett A. Degler has been charged as an adult with four counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child and four counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse following a two-week investigation at the unidentified day care facility, Detective Sgt. https://www.daathize.com.br/mxjoev8 EEWhy was he ever left with the children if he wasn’t lisenced to be watching them &how could it have happened with his mother in another room? It is truly sad but usually people who do this have had it done to them first. This is not something a person just does, someone had to have showed it to him because children don’t know that there is such a thing until shown. And then the cycle goes on and on! WHEN IS ALL THE ABUSE GOING TO COME TO AN END?
