16-MO Toddler Severely Scalded
MUSKEGON, Michigan — Raymond Michael Raye of Muskegon has been charged with first-degree child abuse, a potential life felony, for the severe scalding of his baby daughter in 2013. Raye, 25, was arraigned on that charge Monday, March 16. A warrant for his arrest was issued in September 2013, but he left the state and was only located Feb. 25 in Ohio, then extradited, according to Chief Assistant Muskegon County Prosecutor Timothy M.
