Arrest Report: Teen’s Body had 40 Stab Wounds
LAS VEGAS — Details of a gruesome crime that claimed the life of a 15-year-old girl are being revealed in the arrest report of the 19-year-old suspect who is accused of raping and killing the girl. Javier Righetti is facing charges of murder, kidnapping, sexual assault and robbery in the death of high school freshman Alyssa Otremba.
