11-yr-old Babysitter Accused of Murdering Toddler
Under Georgia law, the sitter can’t be prosecuted as an adult.
SANDY SPRINGS, Ga. — An 11-year-old baby sitter is being held on warrants charging her with felony murder and child cruelty in the death of a 2-year-old girl. Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard is trying to determine how to proceed in the case against the baby sitter in the death of Zyda White.
