100’s of Sex Offenders Living/Working in Foster-Care Homes
SACRAMENTO, CA — A state report triggered by the death of a Fresno child reveals that hundreds of sex offenders are living or working in foster-care facilities and homes. The audit was requested by Fresno Assemblyman Henry T. Perea following the death of 10-year-old Seth Ireland who was beaten to death by his mother’s boyfriend in 2008.
