10-yr old babysitter, accused of abuse, appeared in court

BELOITÂ (WKOW) — A 10-year-old babysitter accused of child abuse appeared in Rock County court as a prosecutor alleged the girl threw a toddler in her care into a bathtub and smashed the child’s head on a concrete floor. Hours after the four foot, eighty pound girl was charged as a juvenile with intentional physical abuse of a child, Beloit police officials said the 23-month-old victim’s mother, Stephanie Schober was arrested for child neglect.
