A 24-year-old man allegedly beat his girlfriend’s baby boy to death with a leather belt because he urinated on him during a diaper change. Austin Hamilton is charged with first degree murder and aggravated child abuse for allegedly ‘losing control’ and repeatedly hitting one-year-old Sincere Williams on Saturday.
