Woman Arrested After Delivering Baby In Hospital Parking Lot

According to court documents, a pregnant 21-year-old Tazewell woman left the Claiborne County Hospital Monday after a doctor told her doing so would result in her and her unborn child’s death. Police say Jessica Diamond Miracle signed herself out saying she just wanted to go home. Miracle then had a baby boy in the hospital parking lot. READ MORE HERE
