capture-20140131-225405PORTSMOUTH — Police in New Hampshire are calling it a horrific crime and have arrested two teenagers in connection with a rape case involving a brain-damaged child. “This is a case where they need to be brought to justice and answer for what they did,” explained Portsmouth Deputy Chief Corey MacDonald. Vincent Pittore, 18, of Derry, New Hampshire is accused of raping a young girl twice. He’s charged with two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault.
