Special Ed Teacher Forced Kids To Remove Underwear

BELLEVILLE, Ill — A St. Louis area school district says a special education teacher was suspended for making students remove their underwear to solve a feces mystery. A letter informed parents this week the teacher found feces on a classroom floor at Webster Elementary School in Belleville March 30.
