Mother Sold Her Infant for $13,000 for Drugs

San Diego, CA– Anna Riggs, a 26-year-old Indiana woman, was jailed after she allegedly sold her 4-month-old child to drug dealers in exchange for drugs and money. According to the Howard County Sheriff’s Office, Riggs and her husband, Brandon Riggs, reportedly sold their child to Stephen and Melissa Lynch, and Indiana couple who is also their meth dealer.
