Mother of dead baby expected to be charged with murder

An 18-year-old woman will be charged with second-degree murder, following the death of her infant son two weeks ago at Alberta Children’s Hospital. The accused was arrested Tuesday. It’s expected a murder charge will be formally laid by Wednesday.
