Man Gets Life for Throwing Baby Daughter off Bridge

SAYREVILLE, N.J. — A father who threw his infant daughter off a bridge was sentenced to life in prison Wednesday. Shamsiddin Abdur-Raheem, 24, was convicted of killing 3-month-old Zara by throwing her into the Raritan River in February 2010. He was sentenced to an additional 30 years for kidnapping the child from her grandmother?s apartment. READ MORE HERE
