Tampa, FL – The beastly 340 pound pile of excrement you see to the left is 39-year-old Jimmy George Clarke. Just lookin’ at his sweaty face is enough to produce bile in the back of my throat – knowing the story behind the mugshot makes it taste that much worse. Police have reason to believe that the man with three first names has been diddlin’ three young relatives, ages 14, 10 and 7, for quite some time. Aside from the alleged diddlin’, which included *gag* intercourse, police say Clarke took it upon himself to give the oldest girl a thorough breast and cervical exam every month for the past year and a half.
