KINGSLAND, GA — The City of Kingsland Police Department has arrested a man wanted overseas suspected of murdering a child. Police say they answered a call about an intoxicated person at the Flash Food/Krystals restaurant located at 1341 Georgia Hwy 40 in Kingsland. Upon arrival, officers found 31-year-old Ricardo Chaves Dos Santos of Charleston intoxicated and creating a commotion inside the store. READ MORE HERE
