A Berks County man faces 18 serious charges after having sex with his 6-year-old daughter and her 9-year-old friend. Richard Marsolick, 39 of Hereford, along with his son and daughter had checked into Cab Frye’s Motel in Hereford Township because they did not have power at their home due to the early season snowstorm.
