The suspect, Fernando Regoño, was arrested hours after the discovery of the child’s body, Inspector Miguelito Bocade, chief of police of MacArthur town, said on Monday. Bocade said the child’s body was found in a grassy portion in Barangay (village) Danao, the village where both the victim and the suspect resided.
