Convicted Sex Offender Rapes Another Child

GEORGETOWN, Del.- Delaware State Police have arrested a convicted sex offender accused of having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old girl. Edwin Alvarado, 29, of Georgetown, is charged with four counts of third-degree rape, endangering the welfare of a child and offensive touching. Police say an investigation conducted by troopers and members of the Child Advocacy Center revealed that Alvarado befriended a 14-year-old Georgetown girl over a 6-month period of time. According to police, during this period of time Alvarado allegedly engaged in a sexual relationship with the teenager at his home located in the County Seat Gardens Mobile Home Park.

    i heard from the victim’s mother that he was sentenced to 25 years. he deserves it. i was hoping. that sicko will not be able to hurt any other children for a long time
