Babysitter’s Boyfriend Drowned 2-YO Toddler

This is a vacation the Charrette family will never forget, but for the worst reasons. 2-year-old Axel Charrette of Ridgway, Colorado was killed while on vacation with his family in Sayulita, Mexico, on February 28.
