Williamston, S.C.  – Jayme Sanders, a 33-year-old Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) president, has been jailed after she allegedly had sex repeatedly with a 14-year-old student. According to Williamston Police, an investigation began last month when the boy’s mother reported the alleged relationship. Investigators say Sanders met the boy when he became friends with her Sanders’ teenage daughter.  READ MORE HERE

Deputies probe ‘very violent’ scene in Rancho Cordova where Mom, and 2 kids, were brutally murdered

So disturbing was the scene on De Soto Way on Tuesday afternoon that chaplains were called in to counsel the deputies who first arrived. On the quiet Rancho Cordova street, a young mother and two of her children, ages 3 & 4, had been found brutally slain, their bodies discovered, authorities say, when the children’s father arrived home at the family’s duplex. Still alive and apparently unharmed was the couple’s youngest child, a 6-month-old baby boy, found in a back room after deputies followed sounds of his cries. READ MORE HERE

UPDATE: Arrest Made In Killings

Alina Bukhantsov’s brother-in-law, 19-year-old Grigoriy Bukhantsov, is accused in the crime. He was arrested early this morning on suspicion of three counts of murder, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department. All three of the victims had injuries “consistent with sharp force trauma,” said sheriff’s Sgt. Jason Ramos. They were found dead in their De Soto Way duplex about 3:30 p.m. by the husband of the woman, who is also the father of the children. It is his brother who is the suspect in the brutal killings.

Michigan I-96 Shooting Spree: 24 Linked Incidents Along Interstate, Police Say

FOWLERVILLE, Mich. — A motorist driving along Interstate 96 was shot and wounded Saturday in the latest in a string of shootings in southeastern Michigan, authorities said. Livingston County Sheriff Bob Bezotte said in a news release that the man was taken to the hospital Saturday afternoon after being shot in the left hip by a bullet that came through the driver’s-side door. 14,500 pages detail horrific stories of abuse of children – some of which resulted in no prosecutions

When the Boy Scouts of American were forced to release their ‘perversion files,’ 5,000 incidents of suspected sexual abuse became public. But the horrifying scope of the issue was not fully revealed until the Los Angeles Times plotted all of the reports, going back 60 years, on a map.The orange dots spread across the nation and showed that no state was spared.  From Laramie, Wyoming, to Butler, Kentucky. NYC parents shaken after nanny accused of slashing 2 kids to death in well-to-do neighborhood

New York (CNN) — The New York nanny suspected in the killings of two children in her care began knifing herself when their mother entered the bathroom and saw the bodies in the bathtub, police said Friday. “We believe now that the nanny began to stab herself as the woman entered the room,” Police Commissioner Ray Kelly told reporters in a revised account of Thursday’s events. “We initially thought that had already been done but now information is coming out that she did it as the mother entered the bathroom.”  READ MORE HERE

‘Killed’: An autopsy has found that three-year-old River Bates, left, had a temperature of 109 degrees after he was left in a hot, confined space by his mother. His five-year-old brother Leland, right, also died

A three-year-old boy who was allegedly left to die with his five-year-old brother in a hot car by their mother had a body temperature of 109 degrees when he was found, an autopsy has revealed. River Bates and his older brother Leland were found unresponsive at their grandfather’s house in Cleveland, Tennessee on June 28, after their mother had rushed there as she did not have a phone. Tasha Bates, 26, claimed she had left her sons outside to play on a Slip ‘n Slide water toy, but investigators believe they were trapped inside a car, as outside temperatures topped 105 degrees.  READ MORE HERE

A kindergarten teacher’s use of corporal punishment sparked outrage from local parents. Yan Yanhong, 21, a former kindergarten teacher from Wenling, Zhejiang Province in China was detained for provocative and disturbing behavior after a photo was posted on the internet of her lifting a student off the ground by his ears. 4 Kids Die In Fire After Daycare Worker Left Them Unattended

A Texas woman faces life in prison after four children died while she went shopping. Jessica Tata is currently standing trial for murder, reckless injury and abandonment, with prosecutors alleging she went shopping while her daycare center burnt down, killing four young children. Tata was spotted on security cameras casually shopping at a nearby WalMart, leaving seven children, all under 3, unsupervised in her home. READ MORE HERE

Man accused in death of girlfriend’s 4-month-old baby

BRANDON TOWNSHIP, MI – Oakland County Medical Examiner officials say the death of a 4-month-old Brandon Township boy was caused by blunt-force trauma and has been ruled a homicide. County sheriff officials say in a release Friday that Brandon Township fire personnel found the unresponsive infant lying on the living room floor about 2:30 p.m. Thursday. Additional complaints made against security officer at Huntsville-based Pinnacle Schools

HUNTSVILLE, Alabama — At least two more parents have come forward with allegations that their children were beaten by a security guard at a Huntsville-based alternative school last week. 17-YO High School Student Arrested in Murder of Jessica Ridgeway

WESTMINSTER, Colo. — A high school student has been arrested in the abduction and murder of 10-year-old Jessica Ridgeway. Austin R. Sigg, 17, will be tried as an adult, Jefferson County District Attorney Pam Russell said Wednesday. Charges probably will be filed on Monday, Russell said. Unborn Fetus Violently Killed

A pregnant woman suffered an early termination by the hand of her own husband. Tuesday morning Jefferey Reynolds, 31, inexplicably stabbed his wife, 28, carving out the baby she was 7 1/2 months pregnant with, immediately killing the unborn child on the floor of their Livingston, Louisiana home. Girl Was Found in Recycling Bin

CLAYTON, NJ — Two teenage brothers were arrested and charged with first-degree murder in the death of Autumn Pasquale, the 12-year-old-girl found dead Monday in Clayton, New Jersey, according to authorities. “The brothers are ages 15 and 17 years old, and both are in police custody at the present time,” Gloucester County Prosecutor Sean Dalton said Tuesday, adding that the younger brother had also been charged with one count of luring.  READ MORE HERE
