FULLERTON, CA) — Two Fullerton brothers have been charged with sexually molesting two young girls on repeated occasions. Cristobal Ortiz Rodriguez, 25, and Eduardo Ortiz Rodriguez, 33, are expected to be arraigned Thursday in Santa Ana.
