A Phoenix man was arrested Monday after his 5-month-old daughter was violently shaken and later died, according to Maricopa County Superior Court documents and Phoenix Police Department. Amos Carle Andreas, 25, has been arrested on suspicion of second-degree murder and two counts of child abuse. On July 22, Jordyn had been lying on Andreas’ chest the night before and fell off sometime in the night while he was asleep, according to police and the court documents. He had been sleeping for about four hours when he woke up and found her on the floor.
