Toddler Abducted from MacArthur Park Found Safe
Father’s girlfriend is in custody
LOS ANGELES ( KTLA) — A 2 1/2-year-old boy abducted from a park in Los Angeles has been found safe and a woman accused of kidnapping him is in custody. Police say Ocean Bippy Wilson was found in Long Beach with his biological mother Thursday. The boy disappeared from MacArthur Park Wednesday afternoon after he was last seen with 21-year-old Bianca Simone Jackson, who is dating the boy’s father. Jackson was taken into custody.
