Waco, Texas- Here on DD alone , we see way too many sperm donors and not enough fathers. On Tuesday, Jason Allen was at his father’s home when he became upset about having to pay child support for his 3-year old son. Allen suddenly grabbed the child by the throat and started choking him. He then threw the boy down on a sofa and the boy began crying. When his son would not stop crying, Allen grabbed the child once again and dangled him off the second floor balcony and told the boy he would be dropped if he didn’t stop crying.
