Parents Arrested After Baby Badly Burned by Heater

(KTLA News)The girl’s injuries were reported at 10:44 p.m. Monday at 1706 N. Wilmington Ave., said Compton Fire Department dispatcher.
Deputies also found narcotics and filthy conditions at the home, the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department said.
The girl was hospitalized while her two brothers, ages 2 and 5 years, were turned over to County Child Protective Services, said Lt. Henry Saucedo of the Compton Sheriff’s Station.
The girl was burned by a portable floor heater, Saucedo said, adding that although the boys were not injured, conditions at the home were not safe for them.
