2-yr old now feared dead

RIMROCK, Az — Authorities in Arizona say a 2-year-old boy who disappeared while camping with a family that was preparing to adopt him is feared dead. The case is now a criminal investigation.
Syler Newton was last seen shortly after midnight July 24, sleeping in a tent with the family at the Beaver Creek Campgrounds.
