Baltimore police are seeking to question a man who may have assaulted an 18-month-old girl who contracted the sexually transmitted disease gonorrhea, according to a city police spokesman.

Police said they have tried several addresses for the man but had not found him as of Wednesday evening. The spokesman, Anthony Guglielmi, said on Wednesday evening that state parole and probation agents requested and received a warrant charging the man violating the terms of his release from prison.
